Heartbreaking story of a Nigerian who beat his wife to death in Malaysia (PICTURED)

A Nigerian man based in Malaysia has
been arrested by the Malaysian police for
beating his wife, Ese Egagha to death.
She died this morning after sustaining
injuries from the last beating she had
from him.
The couple got married in

2013 shortly
after the wife, Ese graduated from the
University of Port Harcourt.
A Twitter user Bisi Olabode gave a first
hand report of the situation with claims
that the domestic violence she (Ese)
suffered from her husband led to her
death.
She narrated it thus “Just lost a friend,
she got married in November 2013. she
was a victim of domestic violence, she
died from resulting injuries. She was only
30 years old. Full of life. Loved to laugh.
Had a big heart. But married a beast. Now
she’s gone. The stigma from a failed
marriage is what keep many women in
homes where they get beat regularly.”
Another Twitter user who happens to be a
friend of the victim wrote “ I received with
shock, the death of Ese Egagha, a course
mate during my Uniport days this
morning. ..she was very jovial in class.
She was brave, like all wafi girls and knew
what she wanted. She married a yahoo
guy based in Malaysia after her service.
Word reaching us is that she was a victim
of a violent relationship. I heard 4rm a
reliable source, that her husband locked
her up in a room for months in their
Malay home. A neighbor tipped the cops
but it was already late. She was almost
dead. She died on her way to d hospital.
The good news to the sad story is that her
beast of a husband has been arrested by
Malaysian police. I hope he pays in full
for his sins. “
