Former President Olusegun Obasanjo
yesterday commenced activities marking his 78th birthday celebration
with an evening novelty football match at the MKO International Stadium,
Abeokuta. The match played between a squad of players from the Olusegun
Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) led by Obasanjo himself battled a
team of Ogun State government officials captained by Governor Ibikunle
Amosun. He scored two goals for his team and they emerged as the winner.
