Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo can face Eibar on
Saturday after he had a yellow card, and a ban, overturned.
Ronaldo, who has scored 37 goals in 27 La Liga games, was facing a one-match
ban after being cautioned for diving against Rayo Vallecano on Wednesday. A Real statement said the Spanish federation's competitions committee had "cancelled the referee's yellow card".
Gareth Bale is missing through injury as Real look to cut Barcelona's four-point lead at the top of the table.
Ronaldo picked up a fifth yellow card for diving in the penalty area in the 2-0 win at Madrid neighbours Vallecano.
Television images showed that he had been tripped by a defender.
La Liga's rules are different to the Premier League, where players cannot appeal against yellow cards.
Last month, West Brom boss Tony Pulis called the English rules "disgraceful" and "absolutely astounding".
On the injury to Bale, who has 13 goals in 27 league games this season, Real boss Carlo Ancelotti said: "Bale won't be available.
"He's suffering from a sprain and it's best to wait until Tuesday [when Real face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final].
"We must put out the best team possible, and so the decision on Cristiano was normal because the punishment wasn't right."
Eibar are 14th in La Liga, six points above the relegation zone.
Real, who are second, won 9-1 against Granada on their last outing at the Bernabeu Stadium
